摘要：

法律人才是法治建设的支撑力量,若缺乏卓越的法律职业群体,任何制度设计均是空中楼阁,而当下我国法律职业群体的专业素质参差不齐,职业伦理素质更是令人担忧。为塑造秉持法治信仰、精通法律知识、富有实践能力的法律职业群体,需改变既有的职业准入机制与人才培养模式,应以接受法学本科教育作为参加司法考试的前提,司法考试需加强对职业伦理、实践能力的考察,法学教育应注重职业伦理教育,并应以法律职业为导向设置专业,改革教学模式与教学方法,从而形成支撑中国法治建设与发展的精英团队。

  • Legal professionals are the key forces for the rule of law.When lacking excellence legal professions,any rules are castles in the air.However the quality of the current legal professionals especially the quality of professional ethics is worrying.For training the excellence legal profession with the rule of faith,proficient legal knowledge and practical ability,we need to change the existing profession access mechanism and vocational training model,make accepting the undergraduate education on law as aprerequisite for participating in the judicial examination.Judicial examination should strengthen investigating on professional ethics,practical ability.Legal education should focus on professional ethics education,setting undergraduate programs,reforming the teaching mode,teaching methods with the orientation of legal career.
