  • Deng Xiaoping upholds and develops the Marxism view relating talents which focuses on the dialectical view of equal stress on morality and ability. The view of talent of the socialism with Chinese characteristics inherits the relating theories from Marxism. In co-constricting the Chinese dream,this view shall be remembered and adopted to meet the needs of the society. We shall innovate the mechanism and system by our practice and contribution,carry forward the spirit of the professionals in researching the atomic and hydrogen bombs and man-made satellite,work with stamina and diligence,and conscientiously oppose the view of stressing talent only.
