本文以腾讯新闻客户端通过QQ推送的新闻为研究样本,以内容分析法观测其报道主题、信源、报道品质等要素,检视其履行社会责任的现况。分析发现腾讯推送新闻的主题存在偏向,以推送娱乐为主,且集中于猎奇、耸人听闻以吸引用户;根据信息生产、文化教育、监测环境、提供娱乐的评价指标看,其履行社会责任存在问题;作为新媒体企业,从法律层面和道德层面上,腾讯理应担负相应的社会责任。

  • The study based on the sample of pushing news through Tencent' mobile application QQ, which is a news client server of Tencent. On the basis of content analysis, the research observed the theme、source and quality of the news, and then further reviewed the performance of its social responsibility. Results showed that, firstly, there is a tendency in the subject of the pushing news, it gave priority to entertainment news, focused on seeking novelty and sensational reports to attract readers; Secondly, according to the evaluation indexes of information production, culture and education, environmental monitoring, entertainment providing, there are many problems within its social responsibility; Third, from legal and ethical perspective, Tencent, as a new media enterprise, should shoulder the responsibility.
