大数据发展与应用已经成为热点领域。如同游牧时代、农耕时代、工业时代一样,得益于信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据时代即将到来,必将改变人类的生产生活方式。在大数据时代,数据将成为最重要的生产资料,任何一个经济个体都必须充分发挥数据价值,否则必将为市场所淘汰。中国是最大的发展中国家,在面临大数据的机遇和挑战时必须着力培养大数据人才,鼓励大数据创新,大力发展大数据产业。
