摘要：

医患关系作为典型的社会问题一直是媒体关注的焦点。媒体是社会集体思考共同问题的场域,影响大众对公共议题的认知与态度。《人民日报》呈现以责任框架为主,并将医患矛盾冲突归责于医改制度缺陷;《南方都市报》则用冲突框架,同时归责于病患及其家属和医护人员;两家媒体均运用"战争"隐喻医患冲突;这种媒介话语对医患双方极易产生敌意媒体效果。我们应深入思考新闻媒体在医患关系中扮演的角色和功能,促进医患双方的有效沟通。

  • Media Construction of Doctor-Patient Conflict: As a typical social problem, doctor-patient relationship has always been drawing the attention of media. From the theoretical perspective of media construction,this analysis scrutinizes the media construction of doctor-patient relationship and diverse orientation of People 's Daily and Nanfang Metropolis Daily. It is found that People 's Daily mainly uses responsibility framework and attributes the contradiction between doctors and patients to the defect of healthcare reform system while Nanfang Metropolis Daily uses conflict framework and attributes the conflict to patients and their relations and medical workers. Both media use "war"to symbolize the doctor-patient conflict,such kind of media discourse easily contributes the rise of hostile media effect from both doctors and patients.
