论我国农民职业教育发展中的农民角色转换——以重庆市为例

摘要：

建设社会主义新农村需要有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,而培养新型农民的关键在于加强农民职业教育,即依靠职业教育提高农民的科学文化素质,使农民掌握先进的生产技术和学习科学文化知识。发展农民职业教育可以通过政府、社会各界力量以及农民的主动参与等各种方式。重庆市作为全国城乡统筹试点省市,应当以现有的农民职业教育发展途径为基础,借鉴发达国家发展农民职业教育的先进经验,积极探索农民职业教育发展的各种有效途径。

  • The construction of new socialist countryside needs new-type peasants with knowledge, technology, management and training of new farmers, the key is to strengthen the occupation education, which rely on the occupation education to improve the science and culture quality of farmer, to enable farmers to master the advanced production technology and learning scientific and cultural knowledge. The development of farmer occupation education can be realized by the government, the social from all walks of life force and farmers' active participation in various ways such as. Chongqing city as the country's urban and rural pilot provinces and cities, should be to develop farmer occupation education existing as the foundation, from developed countries in the development of farmer occupation education advanced experience, various effective ways to actively explore the development of the occupation education.
