The policy of "one country, two systems" is not merely the fundamental policy, which concerns the unification of the whole nation of China but also the underlying principle about the civil and commercial affairs between Taiwan Straits and the mainland of China. Therefore, the thesis, while conferring the international practice and based itself on the on-going situation, explores into the framework system of the inter-regional civil and commercial affairs between Taiwan and mainland of China under the guidance of the policy "one country, two systems".
