预先医疗指示制度以自主决定为中心,尊重患者真实意愿,打破了"医疗家庭主义"的垄断,给予患者特别是末期病人极大的自主权利和个人尊严;我国应在借鉴其他国家(地区)立法经验的基础上建立这一制度,以保障患者尤其是末期患者的医疗自主决定权。

Advance medical directive system is centered on self-determination, which respects the true will of patients, breaks the monopoly of medical familismand gives the terminal patients great autonomy and personal dignity. In China, advance medical directive systemshould be established based on the legislative experiences of other countries or regions to ensure the patients,especially theterminalpatients' medical self-determination right.
