本研究以城市老年人为研究对象,探讨其智能手机使用行为对幸福感的影响。本研究整合了幸福感理论和代际支持理论,基于技术接受模型(TAM),建构了一个扩展的技术接受结构方程模型。研究发现:老年人的感知有用性显著影响智能手机的使用态度,感知易用性通过中介感知有用性显著影响智能手机的使用态度;代际技术支持显著影响老年人智能手机使用态度、使用意愿、实际使用和实现幸福感;而感知趣味性对使用态度无显著影响。本研究提出在信息技术程序开发设计上应考虑惠老,方便老年人使用;社会应倡导年轻一代对老年群体的代际技术支持以提升其幸福感。本研究的"代际技术支持"对老年人幸福感影响研究和技术接受模型建构有拓展和贡献。

  • This study, taking the urban elderly as the research object, explores the smartphone use's influence on their eudaimonicwell-being. It constructs an extended technology acceptance structural equation model by integrating eudaimonic well-being and intergenerational support, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). The findings show that perceived usefulness of the elderly has significantly influenced the smartphone use attitude, and perceived ease of use has also significantly influenced the smartphone use attitude through perceived usefulness. Also the intergenerational support has significantly influenced the smartphone use attitude, use intention and actual use and eudaimonic well-being of the elderly. But there is no evident link between perceived enjoyment and use attitude.This study proposes that the development and designing of IT programs should be beneficial and friendly to the elderly and that the society should also call fortheyoung'sintergenerational technical support for the old to enhance their eudaimonic well-being.The intergenerational technical support in this study has extended the influence factor of eudaimonic well-being and contributed to the further development of TAM.
