摘要：

尽管"独狼"恐怖主义的本相尚存争议,但血的事实已经宣告了"独狼"恐怖主义时代的来临。源自狼生物学的"独狼"意指"不属于恐怖主义组织的单个自然人","独狼恐怖主义犯罪"则是由"‘独狼’独立实施的恐怖主义犯罪行为"。个人的"自我暴力激进化"和互联网技术的发展与普及成为独狼恐怖主义活动生成的重要主客观原因。基于此类活动的生成机理以及我国新世纪以来恐怖主义活动的态势作出初步研判,我国大陆将来可能会出现数量极少的独狼恐怖主义犯罪,因此完全可控。

  • Although the nature of lone wolf terrorism remains controversial,the bloody facts have signalized that the era of lone wolf terrorism has coming.The word lone wolf which is originated from the terminology of wolf biology means a single terrorist who aren't members of any terrorist organizations and the lone wolf terrorist crime is terrorist crime committed by lone wolf alone.Individual's self violent radicalization of violence and developing and popularization of internet are critical subjective and objective reasons of the lone wolf terrorist's activity.The preliminary study and decision is a few lone wolf terrorist crime is possible to develop on mainland of People's Republic of China but it should be manageable thoroughly after exploring the mechanism of emergence and development of lone wolf terrorist crime and current situation of terrorist activities comprehensively.
