公文写作技能竞赛旨在促进教学改革,提高学生写作水平,但在实践中"以赛促教""以赛促学"效果不明显。基于"训赛结合"的"公文写作"教学改革探索应注重构建合理的课程体系、改革教学和考核方式,把公文竞赛与校级训赛营相结合,构建有效评价与激励机制。

  • The document writing skills competition aims to promote the teaching reform and improve the students' writing level. But in practice, the effect of "promoting teaching by competition" and " promoting learning by competition" is not obvious. The exploration of document writing teaching reform based on the"combination of training and competition" should focus on constructing a reasonable curriculum system,reforming the teaching and the assessment methods, combining the official document competition with the school training and competition and constructing the effective evaluation and incentive mechanism.
