摘要：

"过渡型社会"是乡村社会从传统向现代转型的一个阶段,其形态上具有混合性、阶段性、过渡性等多种特征,表现为村干部权威弱化、半工半耕、混合文化和原子化半熟人社会,治理上面临治理目标与治理需求存在张力、策略性应对突出和弹性治理鲜明等多重样态。乡村治理现代化是嵌入在乡村社会结构与变迁之中的政治社会过程,其推进应该与乡村社会的性质相匹配,有相应的社会基础支撑,这一基础不仅蕴涵乡村社会结构的区域差异,还包括乡村社会转型的阶段性。深刻认识过渡型社会及其性质,对于有效推进乡村治理现代化具有重要的方法论意义。

  • "Transitional society"is a stage in the transformation of rural society from traditional to modern. It shows characteristics of being mixed,periodic and transitional. And it presents features in form:the weakened authority of village cadres,semi-working semi-farming,semi-professional identity and mixed economy; in this transitional society,traditional local culture coexists with modern culture; as an atomized semi-acquaintance society,there exists problems such as public life without publicity,conflicts between standardization and localization; in governance,strategic refinement and fuzziness are both needed. Rural governance is a political social process embedded in the rural social structure and changes,the modernization of rural governance must have a corresponding social foundation,and this foundation not only implies the regional differences,but also includes different stages. Understanding transitional society and its nature has important methodological significance for the effective promotion of the rural governance modernization.
