文章在已有相关研究的基础上建构了一个"信息安全因果模型",通过分析301位老年人的调查数据,检验信息安全意识和信息安全行为意向的影响因素。结果表明:负面经验和风险感知正向影响信息安全意识;风险感知、信息知识、信任直接影响信息安全行为意向。风险感知虽然是影响信息安全意识和信息安全行为的最强因素,但加强老年人的风险感知却不是提升老年人信息安全意识和信息安全行为意向的最优解。信息安全意识未显著影响信息安全行为意向,老年人这一特殊群体作为研究对象是"知行不合一"可解释的理由。本研究建构模型有其新意,丰富了信息安全意识和信息安全行为意向前因影响的研究文献,以该领域被忽视的老年群体为作研究对象有其独特性。

  • Based on the existing research,this paper constructs a "causality model of information security". Through the survey data of 301 elderly people,it tests the influencing factors of information security awareness and information security behavior intention. The results show that negative experience and risk perception can positively predict information security awareness; risk perception,information knowledge and trust can directly affect information security behavioral intention. Although risk perception is the strongest factor affecting information security awareness and information security behavior,strengthening the elderly's risk perception is not the optimal solution to improve the elderly's information security awareness and information security behavior intention. Information security awareness cannot significantly affect information security behavior intention. The special group of the elderly as the research object is an interpretable reason for the "inconsistency of knowledge and practice". This study not only enriched the research literature on the influence antecedents of information security awareness and information security behavioral intention,but also focused on the elderly group neglected in this field.
