时代巨变,国家安全学学科建设是国家安全教育推进的“排头兵”和“桥头堡”,承载着“急建+建好”的国家战略需求使命。纵观当前本学科建设情况,虽然在构建学科知识体系、学术话语体系、人才培养体系、学科建设平台等方面进行了有益探索,但总体上面临着学科性质定位比较混乱、基础理论支撑较为薄弱、管理机制依旧不畅、人才培养尚待优化、保障基础配套欠缺等突出现实问题。急需总结前期建设的经验教训,凝聚共识,坚持总体国家安全观的指导地位、把准学科性质定位、创新学科建设路径,准确把握下一步基本思路。与此同时,进一步采取优化管理机制、加强师资队伍建设、深化基础理论、完善人才培养体系、促进学术交流、出台配套支持政策、完善评估方式等具体纾解举措,助推本学科建设行稳致远。

  • Given the unprecedented changes of our times, the discipline building of national security studies should serve as a pacesetter and bridgehead for China's national security education. Building the discipline quickly and with outstanding quality is a mission that we must fulfill, for it suits China's strategic needs. However, although useful explorations have been done in such areas as nurturing a knowledge system, an academic discourse system, a talent cultivation system, and discipline-building platforms, practical problems still persist, including confusion over the nature of this discipline, weak theoretical foundations, poor managerial mechanisms, deficiencies in talent cultivation, and a lack of auxiliary infrastructure. Therefore, there is an urgent need to summarize the positive and negative lessons learned from the earlier period, which will help build consensus and find the way forward. The guiding role of a holistic approach to national security must be upheld to accurately understand the nature of national security studies and innovate the pathways for discipline building. Meanwhile, detailed measures should be taken to further optimize the managerial mechanisms, strengthen the ranks of teachers, improve foundational theories, refine the talent cultivation system, encourage academic exchanges, adopt supporting policies, and perfect evaluation methods. Only in this way can we attain steady and enduring progress in the discipline building of national security studies.
